Terms & Conditions

1. We ensure that all goods in Summer's Loft are in good conditions unless stated.

2. We apply the first pay first get basis.If the item ordered is not available, full refund will be made.

3. We only deal with orders within Malaysia only.

4. Prices are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage unless stated.

5. Postage will be borne by buyers...unless stated(:

6. Payment must be made within 48 hours after receiving confirmation from us. Feel free to tell us if you require more time.

7. All items sold are not refundable and exchangeable. If you TRULY wish to sell your items back to me, we can negotiate.

8. We will not be responsible for any damaged or lost goods. Items will be securely wrapped in the best of manner to ensure maximum protection.

9. Once the parcel has been posted, we will not be responsible for the duration the item takes to reach you. But normally it takes Pos Laju 2-3 working days tops!
